Orders
In accordance with the consumer contracts regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of retraction with Delta Dore and cancel your order, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.
To do so, you can contact Customer Services to cancel the order, organize product return and be reimbursed via your payment method once product is returned to us.

If the products your ordered are available, we will usually ship within 24h-48h. It will be delivered to you in 4 to 7 days on average.

If your order has been shipped, you can change your mind up to 14 days after receipt and ask for an order cancellation and a refund. We will organise the return of the product.
Payment
You will be charged immediately after order confirmation.
You will be refunded in the cases and conditions described in our Terms of Sales, which include: if you change your mind within 14 days, if the product is faulty, if the product is not available anymore, or if the product is not delivered within 30 days, etc.
Yes. You can pay by PayPal and other credit and debit card solutions commonly used in the UK : VISA, American Express, MasterCard, etc.

We use a payment service provider called Mollie.com. Mollie is fully PCI-DSS level 1 certified.

If the product ordered is no longer in stock, you will be informed as soon as possible and have the option of either cancelling your order, being reimbursed within 14 days, or exchanging it.
In the event of an apparent defect in the package or the product upon receipt, you have the right to refuse it by expressing reservations about the condition of the package and/or the product on the carrier's delivery receipt.

Returns and refunds
You can return a product if you change your mind within 14 days after receipt or if your find a product malfunction.
Delta Dore invites you to contact Customer Services in order to describe precisely the malfunction or breakdown suffered. If the product is deemed to be faulty, you will then be informed of the procedure for returning the goods.
In any case, please contact our Customer service to find the best solution.
You will not pay for a product return, except if you decide to cancel your order within 14 days.
If you return the product because you changed your mind and cancel your order within 14 days, we will charge you a return fee:
- 5,00 GBP (inc. taxes) if the value (including taxes) of the return product(s) is less than or equal to 50,00 GBP (inc. taxes).
- 10,00 GBP (inc. taxes) if the value (including taxes) of the return product(s) is higher than 50,00 GBP (inc. taxes) ad less than or equal to 100,00 GBP (inc. taxes).
- 15,00 GBP (inc. taxes) if the value (including taxes) of the return product(s) is higher than 100,00 GBP (inc. taxes) ad less than or equal to 150,00 GBP (inc. taxes).
- 20,00 GBP (inc. taxes) if the value (including taxes) of the return product(s) is higher than 150,00 GBP (inc. taxes).
If you are eligible for a refund, you will be refunded within 14 days after our acceptance.
If you do not receive the refund within 14 days, please contact Customer Services.
Invoices
A paper invoice will be delivered with the product.
You can also request a digital copy of the invoice from Customer Services.
Our UK VAT number can be found on your invoice.
Warranty
In order to enforce the warranty, the product must be proven to be defective.
The product concerned must therefore be returned in packaging similar or identical to the original packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
The following are excluded from the guarantee: products that have not been installed and used in accordance with the instructions, batteries and accumulators, normal wear and tear of the product, interventions following accidental damage (lightning, sudden voltage variations, etc.), modifications made to the equipment outside Delta Dore's premises, handling or connection errors during assembly, damage following an impact.

Product definitions
Plug and Play - just give the product power, follow the association process and connect to the Tydom app (or to remotes/switches etc).
Competent DIYer - if you have wired a plug or have basic wiring knowledge then you are good to go. If you have any issues then you can always request an installer.
Installer needed - Whether you use your own installer or one of ours, the installation requires a professional plumber or electrician to make the necessary changes to your system.
NB: If more than one installation level is indicated then it will depend on the type of installation at your home - feel free to contact us to discuss which level applies to your situation.
A scenario is specific to you and your home. Essentially it changes the state of the products in your home in line with the habitual things you might do on a daily basis. ie coming home from work, at the press of a button (or use of voice) your gates/garage opens, outdoor lighting turns on and the alarm system deactivates.
Simply put, the receiver is the brains behind making a 'dumb' product smart. By connecting a receiver you make your normal product (a switch or boiler etc) extraordinary. once the receiver is connected to Tydom, you open up a whole new way to interact with your products.
Simply put, transmitters connect to receivers to give more ways of controlling your products (ie remote controls, additional switches even Tydom) - that way your home better matches the way you live in it!
